CASA VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
- 112 Piedmont CASA Volunteers advocated for 242 child victims
- They conducted independent investigations of 137 family groups
- They attended 498 hearings
- PCASA Volunteers submitted 98 court reports to judges
- 95% of the recommendations in those court reports were accepted by the court
- PCASA Volunteers donated 8,777 hours in direct advocacy service for children
- At the end of the year, no foster child in our community had to navigate the system without a Piedmont CASA Volunteer
BRIDGES TO SUCCESS PROGRAM FOR OLDER YOUTH
- Bridges Coaches mentored 44 youth in FY20
- They traveled 26,616 miles in FY20 to maintain connections to their youth
- 10 Bridges youth graduated from high school
- 10 Bridges youth enrolled in college credit courses
